A couple of hosting suggestions. For Linux hosting, try Site5. I have had good luck with their hosting. I have a couple of sites with Dreamhost, but recently they have made some boneheaded administration mistakes that make me worried about suggesting their hosting.
For Windows hosting, you can’t go wrong with Crystaltech. They have excellent customer support and a good forum.
