As for filtering out nbc, etc. Take alook at deezer.com, easy enough to filter but another example of streaming media that works great without a client side install. As these types of sites pop up will we ever be able to stay in control of bandwidth?

Great show.

I second the vote for Cloudmark. I have had the opportunity to use it on my customer's computers as a standalone version. So far I have been extremely pleased with the filtering capabilities and ease of use of this product.

Hi Guys, Great Episode - I wanted to share my experiences with Antispam - have a look at www.cloudmark.com - I have tried ALOT in my career working as a consultant. And Cloudmark so far outperforms anything else I've come across. They have a free trial - have a look and see what you think. It's a pretty noninvasive install and easily removed if it's not liked.
