I have to agree with Rich, I am a Dell VAR and have the same problems with reps and lack of response to sales quotes. Getting quotes from a majority of the sales team can be almost impossible.

I ordered a tape drive for a server 4 months ago, and Dell still shows it as on backorder. Needless to say I ordered the drive from another vendor and had it within a week. Dell still has not completed my request for refund and order cancellation on it either.

I have had zero luck with Dell Financing! They are a bunch of morons. It took them 3 weeks to get my account prepared for a server I was trying to purchase. Next time try using Microsoft financing. It was really simple to get approval.
